GCG Welcomes New Talent in 2026: Our Team Just Got Even Stronger

Managing Partner of GCG Structuring

Peter Ivantsov, Managing Partner of GCG Structuring, brings years of banking and corporate services expertise to support entrepreneurs in the UAE. After roles at HSBC and a DIFC family office, he founded GCG Structuring in 2020 to deliver transparent, client-first solutions. His mission: make setting up, operating, and optimizing taxes in the UAE efficient and compliant.

As we step into the new year, our focus remains the same: helping founders, operators, and growing businesses build properly structured, compliant, and future-ready operations in the UAE.

To support the increasing complexity of our work and the growing needs of our clients, we’ve expanded our team with professionals who bring deep experience, operational discipline, and long-term perspective.

We’re pleased to welcome 3 new leaders to GCG Structuring.

How This Expansion Directly Benefits Our Clients

As regulations evolve and business structures become more nuanced, the margin for error becomes smaller.

With this expanded team, we’re able to:

  • Provide deeper oversight across compliance and regulatory matters
  • Strengthen internal coordination and execution across complex engagements
  • Deliver more rigorous financial guidance aligned with UAE and international standards
  • Maintain the level of attention and precision our clients expect as they grow

This allows us to support clients not just at the point of setup, but throughout the lifecycle of their business in the UAE.

How We Think About Growth at GCG Structuring

“Our growth has always been driven by responsibility, not volume. Every hire we make is about protecting our clients, strengthening our internal standards, and ensuring we can deliver advice that holds up over time. This team reflects exactly that mindset.”
