GCG Partner Program

Every adviser reaches a point where a client needs support outside what they normally handle. A client needs a holding structure, a second jurisdiction, assets protected across borders. That is the point at which advisers bring us in.

GCG works with a small number of advisers whose clients need wealth structured and protected across jurisdictions. Lawyers, tax specialists, wealth managers, bankers.

01

Why introduce a client to us

Twelve years in the UAE, more than 200 structures under administration, and over USD 1 billion of client capital relocated here. Peter Ivantsov leads the firm and takes every adviser’s introduction himself.

GCG completes the UAE structure beneath the advice you already provide. You retain the client relationship, while we handle foundations, holding companies, SPVs, family-office structures and ongoing corporate services

02

How it works

Due diligence on you and your firm. If you pass, a private conversation where the terms are set out in confidence. Accept them and you can begin introducing clients.

02

See how we work when an adviser reaches the edge of their remit.

Three real engagements, and what we put in place for the client and the introducing adviser.

case study

How partners are recognized.

Partners share in the gross profit on the referred client’s first invoice, paid once that invoice settles in full. Where a partner’s regulator or firm policy prevents them from accepting a fee, an equivalent arrangement is agreed at the outset.

We do not publish commercial terms. They are set out in full, in writing, when we speak.

Request
a consultation

A 30-minute conversation about your situation and what protecting it requires. We advise on how wealth and businesses are structured, held, and passed on. We do not manage money or recommend investments.

What we cover

  1. Your position now: assets, entities, jurisdictions, and the people involved.
  2. What is prompting the review: tax, succession, residency, banking, or a coming change.
  3. The structures that fit, and the sequence to put them in place.
  4. What a formal engagement would involve, if you decide to proceed.

Practicalities

By video or phone.

Anything you share is treated as confidential.

The scheduler asks for the nature of the matter and the jurisdictions involved, so we can route you to the right specialist and prepare
before we speak.
